Before you  become entangled with a builder's sales team you should talk to me about Buyer's Agency.

The builder's sales team is working in the builder's interests, not the Buyer's. Builders offer compensation to their sales team  and include this amount in their pricing. You can have the advantage of your own advocate as a Buyer's Agent without having to pay anything extra in the purchase price.

And in practice it's more likely that as your Buyer's Agent, I will negotiate a better deal for you, my client, if not on price then on included extras. Call me and we'll discuss it.
