Southeast New Brunswick Real Estate Market Report - September

September residential unit sales slower, a modest decrease over 2006.

The area covered by the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board is the most active real estate market in New Brunswick.

In the overall area year to date, residential unit sales are up 10.4% over 2006.

Active residential listings at the end of September 2007 were down slightly from 2006.
