} Residential units include single family detached homes, semi-detached, condominiums, mini homes, recreational properties, duplexes and triplexes. Both existing and newly constructed properties are included.

} Year to date in the market area , residential unit sales are up 10% over 2006.

} Year to date average sale price is up 9.4%.

} There were 56 residential properties that sold for less than $100,000, 95 that sold between 100,000 and 149,999, 65 that sold between 150,000 and 249,999 and 14 that sold for more than $250,000.

} Active residential listings at the end of October were up 4% from October of 2006.
