New listings were unchanged in Fredericton, up 3.5% in Moncton and down 5.2 % in Saint John
Unit sales were down - 17% in Fredericton and 3.4 % in Moncton and Saint John
The average sale price is up - 7.9% Fredericton, 4.9% in Moncton and 5.9% in Saint John.
The Moncton area leads the Province in unit sales year to date while maintaining it's advantage as the Province's most affordable major center.
