I enjoy following your blog! The Bend Oregon real estate market continues to be slow. It looks like a good time to buy in your area.

Yes, the Moncton area of New Brunswick is doing quite well with new developments and the real estate market is active.
I see on you website, www.bendoregonrealestateexpert.com, that your son is also licensed. My son is also licensed- www.matthewestabrooks.com.
In days past the Moncton area was called "the bend" or 'le coude" because of the Petitcodiac River bends almost back on itself as it winds past the area.

Bend Oregon was earlier called Farewell Bend because it was the last bend in the Deschutes River where early settlers said "farewell" to the river before heading North. Farewell was later dropped thus the name Bend Oregon.

Hi, so it seems that the Eastern market isn't really being affected by the slow down in in Ontario and out West. Do you think this trend will continue?

Real estate in New Brunswick is more affordable than most of Ontario and the West. The historic variable here has been employment. As long as the employment numbers remain good, the real estate market will be active.
A new trend is the retiree effect. Retirees are selling their high value homes in high priced markets, buying here at 50% or less, and investing the difference.

Well, Saint John has been having a good time there with the more number of sales and thus having some good revenue there.
