Will it be déjà vu all over again? Although the Moncton CMA started off 2008 with the lowest number of housing starts in New Brunswick, the Moncton CMA finished the year well ahead of the Saint John CMA and the Fredericton CA.

Will 2009 be a repeat? I do predict that by the end of 2009 the Moncton CMA will once again lead the Province in housing starts.
