Bonjour! It's July first, Canada Day, so I've gathered the numbers from the reported residential MLS® sales in the City of Dieppe for the first six months of 2010.

Year to date unit sales in Dieppe of existing and new construction housing are up from 2009 and almost back to 2008 levels. If you add the outstanding YTD sales of new construction the total residential sales are well advanced indeed.  In the City of Dieppe there are currently over 160 listings of exisiting housing on MLS®.
