Moncton CMA Housing Starts Slower YTD April 2011
2011 total housing starts in the Moncton CMA are off to a slow start to the end of April. As are New Brunswick two other population centers.
Here is a chart I prepared to illustrate the numbers supplied by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the Fredericton CA, the Moncton CMA and the Saint John CMA for the last five years.
Perhaps these numbers only reflect the past Winter's harshness. Or perhaps it is the beginning of a trend for 2011. Let's see what next month brings.
