June 2011 - Of 180 Canadian cities and towns, Moncton was awarded the only A+ in all of Canada for Best Deals in Real Estate by MoneySense Magazine ( note this is up from an A- in their 2010 survey).

Housing in the Metro Moncton market (Moncton - Dieppe - Riverview) is indeed affordable. People from far and near are moving to the Southeast New Brunswick area for affordable housing, jobs and the quality of life offered here.

As I've reported here before, it is notable that new housing sales make up 25% (that's one in four) of all residential MLS® sales in the Metro Moncton market.
