OK so 2011 is not quite over yet. However I say why wait for the last few days. Here is the big picture. In 2011, unit sales of existing properties are up slightly and unit sales of new housing are down slightly. There you have it. No boom, no bust. Residential housing in the metro Moncton area is doing alright.
