Metro Moncton Real Estate Market midway in 2012
We have reached the midway point in 2012 and the story thus far is this: year to date sales of new housing units are down in the Moncton - Dieppe - Riverview real estate market area.
Units sales of existing residential properties are basically unchanged from the last two years and have not reached pre-2009 levels despite the ample supply of properties for sale.
"The metro Moncton real estate market continues to favour of Buyers" is my opinion.
I suggest to Buyers they may want to take advantage of the current real estate market in the metro Moncton area.

Our market is very similar, total sales are down slightly though our inventory here in Hamilton Ontario is still a bit tight. We also are starting to see prices ease a bit in certain parts of town.
