Winter is the slowest season in the Moncton area housing market. This winter the local real estate market is loaded with vacant listings. At this time of year most owners of vacant listings become more motivated to sell.
Buyers have the advantage. The time to take advantage of this market could be now instead of the spring. I'm just saying, in my experience representing Buyers, it doesn't hurt to look when the market is slow.
