Moncton Home Price Index rose less in October.
(for single family homes, percentage wise, compared to last month). Note: includes all of the area covered by the Greater Moncton real estate board.
Also notable is that East of Toronto, the our local Southeast New Brunswick HPI October rise was the highest percentage wise. (for single family homes)
The Moncton HPI for single family homes has risen comparably with Ottawa and Montreal over the last 5 years:

I’ve chosen to focus on the single family home category. My reason is that compared to Ottawa and Montreal, the local condominium market is not mature.
